RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
1. Free Replacement
If you receive the wrong size, color, model, or a defective/damaged shoe, we will replace it at no cost. This includes shipping fees.
2. Optional Refund
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement:

Return the shoes at your own expense

Shoes must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds are processed 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection
3. Return Process for Refund

Ship the shoes back using your preferred shipping method

Wait for inspection and refund processing

Shoes worn outdoors may be rejected for refund

All replacements for wrong/damaged shoes are handled at no cost
