RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. Free Replacement

If you receive the wrong size, color, model, or a defective/damaged shoe, we will replace it at no cost. This includes shipping fees.

2. Optional Refund

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement:

  • Return the shoes at your own expense

  • Shoes must be unused and in original packaging

  • Refunds are processed 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection

3. Return Process for Refund

  1. Email support@confortmade.com with your order number

  2. Ship the shoes back using your preferred shipping method

  3. Wait for inspection and refund processing

4. Important Notes

  • Shoes worn outdoors may be rejected for refund

  • All replacements for wrong/damaged shoes are handled at no cost

  • Refunds are optional and customer-paid for shipping
