Refund & Return Policy

At ConfortMade™, your comfort is our priority — whether you’re shopping for furniture, electric blankets, or other home comfort essentials.
If something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple, fair, and transparent.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, please contact us at support@confortmade.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please note: depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (for example, for a different model, size, or if it arrived damaged), please contact us first.
We’ll arrange the exchange once your return has been received and approved.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Used or assembled furniture

  • Electric blankets that have been opened or used

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale or clearance items


Return Shipping

  • If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, ConfortMade™ will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (such as unwanted items or incorrect choices), the customer is responsible for the return postage.
