These Terms & Conditions govern your use of confortmade.com and the purchase of products from Confortmade™. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Confortmade™ is an online retailer of garden, home and lifestyle products. For enquiries, contact us at support@confortmade.com.

2. Products

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate.

3. Ordering

  • By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract
  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — a contract is formed when your order is dispatched
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

4. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.

5. Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 5–10 business days for UK addresses
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our control
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

6. Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms reduces or replaces your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
