These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ConfortMade.com and any purchase of shoes from ConfortMade. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.


1. Products

  • ConfortMade sells shoes exclusively for personal use.

  • Shoes are intended for everyday wear and comfort purposes.

  • All product descriptions, images, and sizing information are provided in good faith. Minor color or design variations may occur due to screen settings or production.


2. Replacement-First Policy

  • If you receive wrong, defective, or damaged shoes, ConfortMade will replace the item at no cost, including shipping.

  • If a replacement is not suitable and you prefer a refund, you may return the shoes at your own expense.

  • Returned shoes for refund must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. Shoes showing outdoor wear may be refused.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned shoes.

Note: All replacements for wrong/damaged shoes are handled free of charge.


3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shoe size using the provided size charts.

  • ConfortMade is not liable for orders placed in the wrong size.

  • Customers should carefully read product descriptions before ordering.


4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Applicable sales tax is added where required by U.S. law.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Discounts, promotions, and shipping offers may vary by campaign.


5. Order Acceptance

  • ConfortMade reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

    • Suspected fraudulent orders

    • Incorrect or abusive information

    • Technical errors in pricing or availability

  • In case of cancellation, the customer will be notified via email, and payments already processed will be refunded.


6. Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

  • Payments are securely processed by third-party providers.

  • ConfortMade does not store credit card information on our servers.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, product designs, logos, and text on ConfortMade.com are the property of ConfortMade.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without explicit written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • ConfortMade is not responsible for:

    • Selecting the wrong shoe size

    • Misuse or abuse of shoes

    • Minor color differences due to device display

    • Delays in shipping caused by carriers or weather

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of ConfortMade shoes will not exceed the purchase price of the shoes.


9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shoes are shipped to addresses in the United States only.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (standard shipping).

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once shoes are shipped.

  • Wrong or defective shoes: free replacement

  • Refunds: optional, customer-paid return shipping


11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

  • Any disputes arising will be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.


12. Changes to Terms

  • ConfortMade reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updates will be posted on this page, with the “Last Updated” date revised.
