1. How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 5–10 business days to the United Kingdom. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
3. How do I return an item?
Send an email to support@confortmade.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours with return instructions.
4. Are there any return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly sent. In that case we cover all return costs in full.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
6. What if I received the wrong item?
No problem! Email support@confortmade.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item immediately at no extra cost.
7. My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please email support@confortmade.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it immediately.
