1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our partner warehouses. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery to the UK takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link.
If you haven’t received tracking details after 3 days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@confortmade.com
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
All payments are processed securely through encrypted checkout systems.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@confortmade.com
Once your order has been shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible, but you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
6. What is your return policy?
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Please email support@confortmade.com to request a return authorisation before sending anything back.
7. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If you experience any issue, simply contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
8. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
9. Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment, we deliver within the United Kingdom only, but we’re working to expand our shipping network soon.
